“Inspirar & Criar: Europa para Artistas” foi a nossa primeira cooperação com a Europe Direct Algarve e Europa Criativa e decorreu no âmbito do projeto europeu Next Stop Faro, em colaboração com a OPES Itàlia. Foi um momento de partilha, onde as associações culturais da região que atenderam ao nosso convite puderam conhecer mais sobre as oportunidades que a União Europeia oferece aos artistas. Foi também um excelente momento para o reforçar as redes de cooperação entre as mesmas associações.
A Tal Emersa surge do desejo de uma constante “emersão”, uma Associação Cultural focada nas áreas do arte, design, cultura e sociedade. Constituída por pessoas que operam em diferentes áreas artísticas, tanto na criação como na produção, e por aqueles que, com a força das suas palavras, levam as iniciativas culturais até às comunidades.
Do nosso desígnio passámos às ações e nasceu aquela que foi a nossa primeira produção com a intenção de nos darmos a conhecer à comunidade associativa algarvia que tantas ambições partilham connosco. O "Inspirar e Criar: Europa para Artistas!”, juntou representantes de associações culturais da região algarvia, em particular do Algarve Central, entidades públicas e entidades privadas num final de tarde maravilhoso no Museu Municipal de Faro.
Deixamos o nosso agradecimento à Europe Direct Algarve, pela colaboração; à Europa Criativa, representada pela Sara Machado pelos importantes conhecimento que connosco partilhou; à Câmara Municipal de Faro pelo apoio técnico e ao Museu Municipal de Faro pela cedência do jardim dos claustros para dar “palco” a este momento. Por último, um agradecimento à Beatriz Caixinha pelo seu showcase que deixou todos os presentes delicidados.
Este evento permitiu-nos afirmar: “Olá mundo, emergimos”.
“Inspire & Create: Europe for Artists” was our first cooperation with Europe Direct Algarve and Europa Criativa and took place within the framework of the European project Next Stop Faro, in collaboration with OPES Italy. It was a moment of sharing, where cultural associations in the region that responded to our invitation were able to learn more about the opportunities that the European Union offers artists. It was also an excellent moment to strengthen cooperation networks between the same associations.
“A Tal Emersa” was born out of the desire for a constant “emersion”, a Cultural Association focused on the areas of art, design, culture and society. Made up of people who operate in different artistic areas, both in creation and production, and by those who, with the power of their words, take cultural initiatives to communities.
From our intention we moved on to actions and what was our first production was born with the intention of making ourselves known to the Algarve associative community that so many ambitions share with us. "Inspire and Create: Europe for Artists!", brought together representatives of cultural associations from the Algarve region, in particular from the Central Algarve, public and private entities in a wonderful late afternoon at the Museu Municipal de Faro .
We would like to thank Europe Direct for their collaboration; Europa Criativa, represented by Sara Machado for the important knowledge she shared with us; Faro City Council for technical support, and Faro Municipal Museum for providing the cloister garden to provide a “stage” for this moment. Finally, a thank you to Beatriz Caixinha for her showcase that delighted everyone present.
This event allowed us to say: “Hello world, we emerge”.
